Observe the chefs in the open-plan kitchen as they peel, slice and cook your potatoes, turning them into delicious crisps. HIPCHIPS uses five varieties of British potato, each with their own unique colour and flavour. Then, pick from a range of dips, such as katsu curry or smoky cheese fondue, and let the dipping commence!
What’s for dessert? Try some cinnamon-sugar-dusted crisps with a sweet dip, such as rhubarb and custard or salted caramel.
